PROJECT ROATAN 1.
It’s all about a close door community (perimeter fence) and with all the services and amenities such as: 3 multipurpose sport fields, green areas, park for seniors, children's play areas, daycares, commercial plazas, Hotel Inn, public parking, 24/7 security, rental pool service (Rental administration program), solar energy in common areas, mini market, gym, 24 hour water system, treatment plant sewage, etc.
I would like to share some relevant data of the island of Roatan:
- Roatan reach the number 6 position between the all 7,000 islands from the Caribbean with the most tourist visitors per year surpassing the 1.1 million visitors.
- The monthly visit of Canadian Citizens via charter flights has increased from a 800 visitors to over 3,000 visitors per month and now there are two airlines company's flying per week directly from Canada.
- American Airlines, who recently began operations in late November 2012 with one direct flight from Roatan-Miami, recently applied for 4 more flights to have a total of 16 monthly flights. From November 23 a new destination from Roatan-Dallas will be open.
- Continental and Delta had also tripled their direct flight from Houston, Dallas and Atlanta.
- TACA has increased from 4 to 7 weekly direct flights from Roatan-El Salvador.
- The tour operators companies from Europe and Asia have come to search for Hotel Capacity in order to be able to send more visitors to Roatan per month.
- Franchises such as Clarion Hotels and the Black Pearl have already began operations and others of great importance are visiting the island looking to invest in a short term period.

ROATAN 1 is located in the central part of the island, 450 meters to the entrance to Coxen Hole on the way out to Sandy Bay. The project will have a rental administration office; depending on the rent term a 15% rental fee will be charge for a long term rental and a 30% rental fee will be charge on a short rental term.
All models apply, the owner will be able to use his unit any season of the year, as many days as he likes and the project will offer the unit in rent the days or seasons that the unit is available or that the owner assign.
In Roatan there’s a great demand for hotel rooms and the Island does not have enough hotel capacity so we hope that our apartments, houses and condos will rent very well and the occupancy rate will be quite high and therefore the rate of return on investment will be very high.
